Bitdefender SecurePass includes a Lock Account feature that instantly locks your account and terminates all active sessions across devices. This is especially useful if you suspect unauthorized access, use a public or shared computer, or have lost access to a device.
What Does the Lock Account Feature Do?
When you press the Lock Account button, it will:
- Sign you out of all devices where you are logged into Bitdefender SecurePass.
- After using the Lock Account feature, you will need to log in with your Bitdefender account and enter your master password again to access Bitdefender SecurePass on any device.
Lock Bitdefender SecurePass on All Devices
1. Open Bitdefender SecurePass.
2. In the browser version:
- Click on Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- In the mobile app:
- Tap on the Secure me menu.
3. Press the Lock Account button to log out instantly from all devices.
