The Bitdefender BOX LED is a useful method of checking the status of the device.
The Bitdefender BOX has the following LED states:
1. Spinning white
This indicates that the Bitdefender BOX is ready to be configured.
This state is usually present during the initial setup of the Bitdefender BOX or after a reset.
2. Solid teal
This indicates that the Bitdefender BOX is configured and working properly.
3. Spinning red
This state indicates that the Bitdefender BOX lost internet connection.
This might happen when the internet connection is down from the ISP or from a bad connection between the Bitdefender BOX and the modem.
4. Solid red
This state indicates that the Bitdefender BOX subscription expired.
When showing this state the Bitdefender BOX will still work as a normal router but all the security modules are disabled.
