Cancel a subscription purchased in the last 30 days
If you purchased a NETGEAR Armor subscription within the past 30 days, you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund by emailing our customer care team at [email protected]. Include your router’s serial number in your email.
Cancel a subscription purchased more than 30 days ago
If you purchased a NETGEAR Armor subscription more than 30 days ago, you cannot cancel the current year’s subscription, but you can turn off automatic renewal for future years. Your subscription will remain active for the rest of the current subscription year even after you turn off auto renew. You can turn off auto renew from three different locations:
- For most people, we recommend using the Nighthawk or Orbi app.
- If you don’t have access to your NETGEAR product or if you never used the app, we recommend logging in to the MyNETGEAR website.
- If you don’t see an Auto renew button in the app or a TURN OFF option on MyNETGEAR, you might need to log in to your Bitdefender account instead. Bitdefender powers Armor technology and processes payments for Armor in some regions.
