Bitdefender Subscription Auto-Renewal: Configure your preferences

ⓘ If your Bitdefender Central account uses a different e-mail than the one used for purchase, follow the “Alternative: Turning off auto-renewal via Verifone (2Checkout)” instructions.

1. Go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ and sign in with the e-mail and password associated with your Bitdefender Central account.

2. Click My Subscriptions in the left menu, then open the My Payments tab at the top (direct link).

• If you see a “Billing” tab instead, follow the instructions for “Turning off auto-renewal via Subscriptions”.

3. Click the View details button next to the Bitdefender product for which you want to turn off auto-renewal.

4. In the new tab, click Manage your subscription renewal options.

• If your Bitdefender subscription is not set to auto-renew, instead of “Manage your subscription renewal options” you’ll have an option called Reactivate Subscription. Click it if you want to turn on automatic renewal.

5. In the pop-up window, click the End Auto-Renewal button.

6. Select a reason for stopping auto-renewal, then click End Auto-Renewal twice.

The auto-renewal status updates immediately in your Bitdefender Central account, and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly.

If you are unable to stop automatic renewal from the My Payments tab in Bitdefender Central or your Bitdefender account uses a different email than the one used for purchase, you can use 2Checkout (Verifone):

1. Go to https://store.bitdefender.com/myaccount/

2. Enter the email address used for your Bitdefender purchase then click on SEND ACCESS LINK.

3. You should receive shortly an email from 2Checkout (now Verifone). Check your email and click the link inside within 1 hour.

4. The link will open 2Checkout MyAccount in your web browser. Click Continue to log in.

5. Open the My Products tab at the top, then click Stop automatic subscription renewal next to the Bitdefender product for which you want to turn off auto-renewal.

• If your Bitdefender subscription is not set to auto-renew, instead of “Stop automatic subscription renewal” you’ll have an option called Enable auto-renewal. Click it if you want to turn on automatic renewal.

6. In the pop-up window, click the Stop auto-renewal button.

7. Select a reason for stopping auto-renewal, then click Stop auto-renewal twice.

The auto-renewal status updates immediately and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly.

2. Click My Subscriptions in the left menu, then open the Subscriptions tab at the top (direct link).

• If you see “My Payments” instead of the “Billing” tab next to Subscriptions, follow the instructions for “Turning off auto-renewal via My Payments”.

3. Next, click the [ ••• ] button on the subscription you don’t want to auto-renew, then choose Subscription & Continuous Protection from the menu.

4. A window will appear showing your subscription benefits and renewal date. Click Cancel Subscription.

5. Choose your preferred option, then click Cancel Subscription.

• Cancel at the end of subscription term
• Cancel immediately (available only 30 days after purchase). If selected, you’ll receive a refund, auto-renewal will be disabled, and your Bitdefender subscription will expire.

6. Select a reason for stopping auto-renewal, then click Cancel Subscription.

The auto-renewal status updates immediately in your Bitdefender Central account, and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly.
