How do I receive my Invoice or payment receipt?

1. Log in to your Bitdefender Central account at https://central.bitdefender.com/

2. Go to My Subscriptions on the left side of the website, then access the My Payments tab at the top of the page.

3. After opening the My Payments tab, click the View Details button next to the name of the Bitdefender product you purchased.

4. The Product history appears. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on View order in the Actions column.

5. Click Download invoice to save it on your device. All invoices are generated as PDF documents.

To print the payment receipt, select the Print button instead.

1. Go to https://store.bitdefender.com/myaccount/ in your web browser.

2. Type in the e-mail address associated with your Bitdefender order, then click on SEND ACCESS LINK.

3. You will shortly receive an email from 2Checkout with an access link valid for 1 hour. Follow that link.

4. It will open a new tab in your internet browser. Click Continue when prompted.

5. In the orders overview screen, click on View order details next to your Bitdefender product.

6. Click on Invoice at the top of the order summary to download the invoice. All invoices are generated as PDF documents.

To print the invoice, select the Print button instead.
