CONTEST TERMS SHEET

The “Bitdefender Ambassador” contest, hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”, is offered by BITDEFENDER SRL, with the registered office having the address 15A Orhideelor St., Orhideea Towers, district 6, Bucharest, 060071, Romania, registered in Bucharest town, under registration number J40 /20427 /2005, legally represented by Florin Talpes, as CEO, hereinafter referred to as the “Bitdefender”

A.1. CONTEST PERIOD

The period when the Contest will take place (“Contest Period”) is between September 1st 2021 (GMT +00:00) and September 1st 2022(GMT +00:00).

A.2. Territory: Worldwide

A.3. ENTRY. For the registration in the Contest, the participants must follow the next steps:

• Have an active end-user Bitdefender Total Security or Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android subscription and use the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app.
• Invite friends who haven't used the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app to install and activate it (sign in) on their Android phones by sharing a unique invite link.
• When a friend installs and activates (signs in) Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app from the shared link, the referrer receives one extra month to their subscription and the invited friend benefits from one month of trial.
• The referrer can receive up to 3 months.

A.4. CONTEST MECHANISM

Invite friends who haven't used the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app to install and activate (sign in) it on their Android phones by sharing a unique invite link.

Whenever a friend installs and activates (signs in) the app through the shared installation link, the 1-month reward is applied to the referrer subscription (Bitdefender Total Security or Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android).

The first 3 friends to install and activate the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app through the shared link will each generate a one-month subscription extension to the referrer.

A.5. PRIZE INFORMATION

• The inviter will receive one month extensions to their Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android or Bitdefender Total Security subscription, free of charge, after each of the first 3 friends install and activate Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app through the shared link and haven't used it before.
• The invited user will receive 1 month of Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android trial (instead of the standard 14-day trial) for inviters that are using the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app with a Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android subscription, or the standard 30-day Bitdefender Total Security trial for inviters that are using the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app with a Bitdefender Total Security subscription.

  The prize will be applied to the inviter account after each of the first 3 friends successfully install and activate (sign in) the Bitdefender Mobile Security & Antivirus app.
  

  The present Contest Terms Sheet is governed by the provisions of the Contest General Terms and Conditions which is available, free of charge, to any applicant (and/or participant) on the Contest’s web site https://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/contest-general-terms-and-conditions.html.

  If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted on Bitdefender’s Contest lading page.
