Bitdefender Grabs the Gold: Voted ‘Best Tech Brand for 2024’ at PCMag

Buying technology has never been easier, but finding the product that suits you best is not always straightforward.

Having options is great, but only a few vendors can confidently say they produce goods that strike a balance between quality, efficiency, ease of use, appeal, and price.

For years, PCMag has done the legwork for the public, thoroughly testing products and surveying users to gauge their satisfaction, then publishing their findings to help everyone make smarter purchases.

For the first time ever, the magazine is combining the ratings from its expert product reviews with the informed opinions of its tech savvy user base to produce a top 25 list of “elite” brands that everyone should consider this year.

“This year, we're combining those two elements—customer satisfaction scores and product review scores—to bring you a definitive ranking of the top tech brands in the industry,” writes Eric Griffith, Senior Editor for PCMag.

We are ecstatic to share with you that Bitdefender made the apex of PCMag’s Best Tech Brands for 2024 alongside giants like Apple, LG, and Sony.

Bitdefender tops the list based on the mag’s product reviews and customer scores on Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac and Bitdefender Premium Security.

There are several anti-malware services on this year's list, but Bitdefender's score puts it well ahead of the rest of the pack.

The winners’ list was condensed out of a whopping 679 brands considered for the race.

“Their exemplary scores put them in the top 3.7% of all the companies we've evaluated over the past year, so If you're shopping for tech in 2024, these are the names you should look to first,” said Griffith.
