End of life and support for older versions of Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools
Bitdefender announces the end of life and support for older Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools (BEST) versions, starting with the December 2024 GravityZone Cloud release. This change affects GravityZone Cloud MSP Security users.
End of life
All versions prior to the following will reach their end of life no later than December 31, 2024:
BEST Windows 7.9.4.313
BEST macOS 7.14.32.200015
BEST Linux 7.0.3.2271
End of support
All versions prior to the following will reach their end of support no later than February 28, 2025:
BEST Windows 7.9.4.313
BEST macOS 7.14.32.200015
BEST Linux 7.0.3.2271
Existing customers and partners with older versions will continue using uninterrupted service until the end-of-support date, after which the security agents will become unlicensed.
