The following section describes the Bitdefender MDR data retention policies.

Security Operations Center objects in Bitdefender MDR Portal (investigations, hunts, recommendations, Response Actions, triaged alerts)

Three years.  After the customer’s contract ends, there is a 30-day grace period within which the customer may still access the Bitdefender MDR Portal and retrieve this data. Customer access is removed 30 days after the end of their Bitdefender MDR contract term. If a customer needs access to this data after the grace period expires, the customer will need to open a support ticket to retrieve the data.
