Documents
The Documents page provides an easy way for documents to be shared between a company and the SOC team. This is especially useful for documents that are too large for conventional emails or that contain confidential or sensitive information.
Note
Check the Roles and permissions page when working with documents as some actions are directly linked to the permissions assigned to each user.
In the Documents page you can view the following details:
Filename - the name of the document
Type - the type of the document. The document can be one of these types:
MSA
Terms and Conditions
Contact list
Pre-approved actions list
Security baseline
Inquiry
Hotwash
Runbook
Onboarding
Other
Uploaded by - the user that uploaded the file.
Uploaded on - the date the file was uploaded on.
Company - the company to which the user who uploaded the file belongs.
Uploading documents
To upload a document follow these steps:
Click the Upload button.
Click the Type drop-down menu and select the type of the document you wish to upload.
Accepted documents and maximum size:
.doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .pdf, .png, .tiff, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .zip
Maximum 25 MB per file
Click the Upload for company drop-down menu and select the company for which you wish to upload the file.
Click the Browse button and select the document you want to upload.
Click the Upload button at the bottom of the page.
Downloading documents
To download a document click the vertical ellipsis button at the right side of the page.
Alternatively, to download one or more documents, select the check boxes on the left side of the page and click the Download button.
Deleting documents
To delete a document click the vertical ellipsis button at the right side of the page.
Alternatively, to delete one or more documents, select the boxes at the left side of the screen and click the Delete button.
