Scan failed errors on AWS accounts

Disable and reintegrate the account where the scan failed
  1. In the Cloud Security console, go to the Configuration > Scan Configuration page.

  2. Click on the Edit button for the account where the scan failed.

  3. Click Disable account.

    The Disable Account window is displayed.

  4. Select Disable Scan Account Only and click Disable Account.

  5. Follow the steps in this this onboarding guide to reintegrate the AWS account.
