Reset your password

If you cannot remember your password, use the password recovery link on the login page to reset it. You will receive an email with instructions.

Configure an SMTP server in the Configuration page from Control Center to send emails when using the Forgot Password link. If an SMTP server is not configured, password reset emails cannot be sent. If you cannot remember your password and have configured an SMTP server in the Configuration page from Control Center, you can use the Forgot Password link to reset it. The new password must meet the minimum complexity requirements: twelve characters length, one upper case character, at least one lower case character, at least one digit, one special character, and needs to be different from previously used passwords.

If the password recovery link does not work, contact another GravityZone administrator.
