Enabling sign-in with GravityZone identity provider for first-time integrators

The Bitdefender ConnectWise PSA integration provides partners with the option of signing in with the GravityZone identity provider (IdP).

However, only partners existing at the moment the GravityZone IdP release, in November 2024, are automatically enrolled and can enable this option smoothly. New partners, who are setting up the integration for the first time, will notice the following behavior with the ConnectWise PSA integration :

  • The Log in with GravityZone button on the login page is available, but trying to log in will result in an unauthorized operation.

  • The GravityZone user token toggle on the Settings > Integration page will be made available, but generating an user token or trying to log in with their GravityZone credentials will result in an unauthorized operation.

To address this situation, new ConnectWise PSA integration users must contact the Bitdefender Enterprise Support to obtain access to these features.

Customers that already have an 3th party identity provider available, can configure the IdP to be used as an SSO alias in Bitdefender ConnectWise PSA integration. For details, refer to Configuring ConnectWise PSA single sign-on with an identity provider.

Notice

Starting with the GravityZone November 2024 release, partners that are configuring the ConnectWise PSA integration will be automatically enrolled to GravityZone IdP.

For partners that have already configured in their GravityZone a single sign-on with a 3rd party Identity Provider, need to log in via their ConnectWise PSA credentials, or via their 3rd party Identity Provider that must be configured in ConnectWise PSA App, and GravityZone IdP will not be enabled.
