Importing values for custom fields

To import values for your existing custom fields, use a GravityZone CSV file.

To import the data:

  1. Log in to Control Center.

  2. Go to the Companies > Custom Fields page from the left side menu.

  3. Click the export_csv.PNG Export CSV button under the Import values for custom fields section to download the template.

  4. Update the values for the custom fields in the downloaded document.

  5. Click the browse.PNG Browse button, select the updated document from your computer and click Open.

  6. Click the Import CSV button.

    Note

    If the import encounters errors, it will continue processing the document. You will be able to view the error messages in the current page. Fix them and try to import the file again.
