Using the assistance area

During the validation process, Bitdefender engineers may request additional information or provide feedback via the Assistance area in your submission details.

The typical flow when Bitdefender requests assistance is as follows:

  1. On the Status page, your submission’s status changes to Needs attention.

  2. Click View to open the submission details.

  3. In the submission details, the Assistance area will appear, showing at least one comment from Bitdefender.

  4. Write a reply to their comment using your company name and click Send.

  5. To exit the submission's details page after responding to Bitdefender's requests, click Cancel at the bottom of the page.
