Report spam or false positives

If you have a spam message that has not been blocked, or believe Email Security has generated a false positive report for an email message, you can report it to Bitdefender support.

You can send us a report using one of these methods:

  • Use the Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Email Security. For information on how to install and use the add-on, refer to Install the Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Email Security.

  • Save the email in .msg or .eml format, attach it to an email message, and send it to our support team.

    Important

    Forwarding the email message does not provide us with enough information to investigate, as it does not include the original email headers.
