Configuration

On the Configuration page, you can edit you can edit the the Kaseya VSA X integration settings after the initial setup.

Company info

The Company info section contains details about your GravityZone company used for the Bitdefender Kaseya VSA X integration.

Details refer to:

  • Company name.

  • Company type.

  • Address and phone (if available).

  • Security managed by partner status - enabled if your GravityZone Partner can assist with the security management.

You can replace the existing GravityZone API key only with another API key generated from the same GravityZone Partner company. If you need to use another GravityZone Partner company for your Bitdefender Kaseya VSA X integration, you need to use the Reset tenant option.

Inventory synchronization

In the Inventory synchronization section, you can change the options that control the synchronization between Kaseya VSA X and GravityZone inventories after the initial configuration wizard. The options are the same as explained in Inventory synchronization.

Agent synchronization

On the Agent synchronization page, you can change the options that control the synchronization of Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools (BEST), the security agent installed on computers, after the initial configuration wizard. The options are the same as explained in Agent synchronization.

Reset tenant

If you need to reset your current integration to change the Kaseya VSA X tenant or the GravityZone company, use the Reset tenant option. After this action, you will need to set up the integration again via the configuration wizard.

Warning

GravityZone companies and the BEST agent will not be deleted or uninstalled. The Reset tenant option will only remove the information associated with your Bitdefender Kaseya VSA X integration. 

If you are migrating to another Bitdefender RMM integration, we recommend resetting your current Kaseya VSA X integration to prevent compatibility issues.
